1. During the transportation of the vacuum Drying Oven, it is forbidden to turn it upside down.

2. Do not change the setting value frequently during use, so as not to affect the control accuracy and the service life of the equipment.

3. When the vacuum Drying Oven is vacuuming, the negative pressure indication status of the panel vacuum gauge should be observed, and the vacuum system should be closed in time when the required vacuum pressure value is reached. Turn off the vacuum valve switch on the panel first, and then turn off the Vacuum Pump power, otherwise the Vacuum Pump oil may flow back into the working chamber of the cabinet, affecting the normal use of the product.

4. The machine is equipped with a power switch. If a fault occurs during operation, please cut off the power first, check whether the control circuit is intact, and then check other parts. (see wiring diagram for details)

5. Be sure to close the door tightly. The device will not work properly if the door is not fully closed. When closing the door, please pay attention that the door handle must be lifted upwards in the open state, and do not use too much force to damage the door lock mechanism.

6. In order to maintain the appearance of the equipment, do not wipe the appearance with corrosive solution, and wipe the inside of the box with dry cloth or alcohol to keep the inside of the box clean.

7. When the equipment is not in use, keep the box dry and cut off the power supply.

8. In order to ensure uniform temperature in the box, during the experiment, the items in the box should not be placed too densely and evenly distributed to facilitate heat conduction of the items in the box.

9. Do not touch the electric heating tube in the preheating chamber of the collision box. Be careful that the heating temperature will cause injury.

10. Be sure to push the shelf to the limit of the studio shelf after putting it in, otherwise the uneven conduction may damage the dry items.

11. Do not lean on the glass outer door or apply pressure on it incorrectly, it may cause injury to personnel.

12. Personnel should not lean against the equipment door to prevent personnel injury and equipment damage caused by equipment overturning or door damage.

13. If the equipment breaks down, it should be repaired by professionals or contact the sales department of our factory. Users are not allowed to dismantle or repair it.
