Conventional Resin Colorants: The traditional method of colorant preparation by grinding individual pigments or mixed color pigments with a film-forming resin, which is by far the most common method. It has the advantages of stable quality and convenience in small batch production, but this method requires a large storage space for color paste, high fixed cost consumption, long grinding time for color paste, and limited delivery time.


Micro fat color paste: use general-purpose resin to prepare high-concentration color paste that can be applied to multiple systems. This approach offers space , flexibility in small batches, low cost, fast lead times, and good color development. However, the compatibility of general-purpose resins is limited after all, and the small amount of resin added will still affect some properties of the paint film, and the adjustment of the formula is also very difficult.


Resin-free color paste: Use dispersant and solvent (or water) to grind the pigment directly, which can be applied to almost all resin systems . This method has all the advantages of micro-lipid colorants, and avoids the disadvantages of micro-lipid colorants, and can be applied to most conventional resin systems, with high quality, versatility, economy (high pigment loading) and The advantages of convenient formula adjustment and quick market response .
