How to choose the right electric blast Drying Oven

 The Forced Air Drying Oven is an experimental instrument required by ordinary laboratories. How to choose a suitable Drying Oven, now the technicians will introduce the precautions for you when selecting

  When choosing, you need to pay attention to the following points (this document is for reference only):

  1. The Forced Air Drying Oven is divided into two types: table structure and vertical structure.

  The desktop structure (desktop electric Forced Air Drying Oven) means that the box body and the auxiliary box body (control panel) are distributed left and right, the air ducts are set on the left and right sides, and the wind forms horizontal convection in the working room. The size of the inner tank can be based on customer requirements. custom made;

  The vertical structure (vertical Forced Air Drying Oven) box and auxiliary box are distributed up and down, and the wind forms vertical convection in the working room. The size of the vertical structure working room can be customized according to customer requirements.

  2. Selection of the size of the electric Forced Air Drying Oven: the size of the studio can be determined according to the total size of the experimental items to determine the length, width and height. During the drying process, the number and placement of experimental items in the studio affect the uniformity of temperature in the studio. When the requirements for temperature uniformity are relatively high, it is recommended to increase the length, width and height or choose a slightly larger type of drying box. The items should not be placed too densely to ensure hot air convection in the working room. Keep 2cm or more between the sample of the article and the inner wall or the air inlet and outlet, which is conducive to the hot air convection inside the working room.

  3. The selection of the temperature range depends on the commonly used temperature: there are three temperature ranges for the Forced Air Drying Oven: RT (room temperature) +10~250°C, RT+10~300°C, 100°C~400°C, 100°C~500°C (high temperature Forced Air Drying Oven). When in use, the most satisfactory temperatures are RT+10~230°C, RT+10~280°C, 100~300°C, 100~400°C, because the instrument will automatically stop running when the maximum temperature is reached. within the range.

  (When the operating temperature is above 300°C, please use a high-temperature Forced Air Drying Oven with a temperature range of 100~400°C or 100°C~500°C.)

  4. The general heating rate of the electric Forced Air Drying Oven is generally 3~5°C/min. The heating rate is fast at high temperature and slow at low temperature. The heating rate is fast in summer and slow in winter. The heating rate can be increased by increasing the heating power. However, as the heating power of the Drying Oven increases, the temperature overshoot will also increase at constant temperature.

  5. If it is necessary to carry out multi-stage heating, heat preservation control or further control of the heating rate, a programmable temperature controller is required.

  6. If the dried sample is wet and needs to be dried quickly, please explain to our company, we will tailor it for you
