Precautions for digital Forced Air Drying Oven
1. The shell of the drying box needs to be well and effectively grounded for safety.
2. Do not put perishable, flammable and explosive items into the drying box for drying.
3. When the newly set temperature is lower than 100°C, use the second heating method to prevent the temperature "overshoot" phenomenon. Assuming 50°C, set it to 40°C for the first time, and then set it to 50°C after the temperature overshoot begins to fall .
4. When the drying box is working, it is necessary to turn on the fan switch to make it run, otherwise the temperature in the box and the measured temperature will have a large error, and this operation will cause the motor or sensor to burn out.
5. The inside of the box should always be kept clean, and if not used, it should be covered with a plastic dust cover and placed in a dry environment room.
6. When the temperature of the working chamber of the Drying Oven is close to the set temperature, the heating indicator light will turn on and off repeatedly, which is a normal phenomenon. Generally, about 30 minutes after the measured temperature reaches the control temperature, the temperature in the working room enters a constant temperature state.
