When working, the air flows in from the air inlet at the bottom of the box, and is heated by the heating wire to form a natural convection of temperature, and then discharged from the exhaust hole on the top of the box. There is glass fiber as insulation material between the studio and the shell, the shell is made of steel plate, the surface of the box is treated with oil spray, the studio is mainly made of galvanized sheet, and there is an observation window made of tempered glass in the middle of the box door.

(1) Instructions for use
1. Before turning on the power, please make sure that the switch is set to the "off" position, and check whether there is an open circuit or leakage.
2. Since there will be a slight smoking process during the first heating, it is recommended not to put the sample in before the official use, close the door, unscrew the exhaust cover on the top of the box, the indicator light is on, and set the heating switch to "slow". "On the gear, set the temperature controller at 100°C and the temperature inside the box will start to rise. When the temperature rises to 100°C, the temperature controller will automatically keep the temperature. Then you can cut off the power, open the door to dissipate heat and smoke.
3. For official use, first put the sample on the shelf, close the door, unscrew the exhaust cover on the top of the box, connect the power supply, and turn on the electric heating switch. Set the instrument at the required temperature, and the temperature in the box starts to rise at this time. When the temperature is constant, the heating gear should be set to the "slow" gear, so as to ensure the fluctuation of the constant temperature and the uniform temperature in the box.
4. The sample should not be placed too crowded during use, so as not to affect the convection in the box. When placing the box, please ground the box effectively according to the regulations to ensure safe use. Do not touch the electrical circuit on the left side of the box with your hands or wet cloth when the power is on.
5. When the temperature rises, please do not splash water on the observation window of the box door to prevent the glass from bursting due to cold.

7. Please do not put volatile, flammable and explosive items into the box for heating to prevent explosion.

Daily maintenance of equipment:
1. The drying box should always be kept clean. The door glass should be wiped with a soft cotton cloth. Do not wipe with corrosive chemical solutions to avoid chemical reactions and scratches on the glass.
2. If the drying box is not used for a long time, it should be coated with neutral grease or vaseline on the electroplated parts to prevent corrosion, and put a plastic film dust cover on it, and put it in a dry room to prevent the electrical appliances from being affected by moisture.
