Daily use, care and maintenance
It is forbidden to invert the constant temperature drying box during transportation.
Do not change the setting value frequently during use, so as not to affect the control accuracy and the service life of the equipment.
The experimental items in use should be 10cm away from the ventilation holes to avoid the influence of ventilation.
The machine is equipped with a power switch. If a fault occurs during operation, please cut off the power first, check whether the control circuit is intact, and then check other parts. (see wiring diagram for details)
Be sure to close the door tightly. The device may not operate at maximum performance if the door is not fully closed. When closing the door, please be careful not to damage the door lock mechanism due to excessive force.
In order to maintain the appearance of the equipment, do not use corrosive solution to wipe the appearance, the inside of the box can be wiped with a dry cloth or alcohol to keep the inside of the box clean.
When the equipment is not in use, keep the box dry and cut off the power supply.
In order to ensure that the temperature in the box is uniform, the axial flow fan in the box should be checked frequently to see if it is operating normally. During the experiment, the items in the box should not be placed too close together and the air outlet of the fan should not be blocked, so as to facilitate the air circulation in the box.
Do not touch, the temperature sensor inside the collision box may cause temperature out of control.
Be sure to secure the shelves, otherwise the cultures may be damaged.
Personnel should not lean against the equipment door to prevent personnel injury and equipment damage caused by the equipment falling over or the door being damaged.
If the equipment breaks down, please ask professionals to repair it or contact the sales department of our factory. Users are not allowed to dismantle or repair it.
Our products implement "Three Guarantees". From the date of sale, if there is any quality problem within two years, our factory is responsible for free maintenance (except for man-made damage and consumable parts). If the "three guarantees" period is exceeded, there will be a discretionary repair fee.

RS-232/RS-485 Converter Instructions
In order to facilitate remote data communication between computers, external devices or intelligent instruments equipped with different standard serial interfaces, it is necessary to convert the standard serial interfaces to each other. The converter is compatible with RS-232 and RS-485 standards, and can convert single-ended RS-232 signals into balanced differential RS-485 signals (16 controllers of this series can be connected at the same time).
