Principle and structure
The working room of the drying box is equipped with a heating tube, and a blast device is installed at the rear. The temperature controller controls the constant temperature and the height. When working, it is heated by the heating tube and then circulated through the blast device to ensure uniform temperature. The distance between the top and bottom of the board is adjustable, and the built-in temperature probe.
There is glass fiber as insulation material between the working chamber and the shell of the drying box. The shell is made of steel plate, and the surface of the box is sprayed. The working chamber is made of galvanized iron sheet or stainless steel plate (S). . The drying box is equipped with a double-layer tempered glass door observation window. A heat-resistant silicone rubber sealing ring is installed between the working room and the outer door, which greatly increases the sealing between the box door and the working room, and greatly improves the thermal insulation inside the box. The Drying Oven adopts an intelligent temperature control system, which has the characteristics of timing function, accurate temperature control and high precision.
Instructions

Precautions
The sample should not be placed too crowded during use, so as not to affect the convection in the box. When placing the box, please ensure that the box is effectively grounded to ensure safety.
When the temperature rises, please do not splash water on the observation window of the box door, so as to prevent the glass from bursting due to cold.
This drying box is a non-explosion-proof product.
Please do not put volatile, flammable and explosive items into the box for heating to prevent explosion.
