installation steps
1 Install the bracket on the connection under the protective cover of the viscometer (screw to the right to install , and to the left to remove)
2 Connect the connecting hook and the connecting rod, and connect the other end of the connecting rod with the zero rotor ;
3 Install the connecting hook on the connecting screw of the viscometer;
4 Put a proper amount of liquid to be tested in the measuring cylinder and load it , and then fix it on the bracket with three screws, carefully observe that the level of the liquid to be measured just exceeds the surface of the zero rotor;
5 Set the rotor number and rotor speed on the viscometer according to the requirements of the "Viscometer Instruction Manual" (it is recommended that the rotor speed should not be lower than 30 rpm). The viscosity of the measured liquid can be measured .
