Generally, the fineness of the ink is required to be about 15um. The particle size of self-made water-based epoxy resin emulsion is about 26nm, and the pigment uses color paste with a particle size of about 5μm. After mixing evenly, the particle size of the ink is about 5-10μm, which is smaller than the general ink requirement.
