Adhesion test is carried out with reference to GB/T9286-1998. The test paint is Valspar epoxy paint produced by Lili Industry, and the paint film is prepared by roller coating with RDS wire rod Film Applicator. Cut 100 grids of 1 mm × 1 mm on the surface of the paint film with a single-edged cutter (paint film grid), stick the grid surface with an adhesive tape, and cut along the grid at an angle of about 60° to the contact surface. Tear off the adhesive tape at a constant speed in the direction of the scratches, observe the peeling of the composite silane film at the intersection of the scratches, and grade it.
The cross-hatch method was used to test the adhesion. The cut intersection of the composite silane film was smooth and no peeling. Level 1, indicating that the composite silane film has good adhesion.
