4. Before measuring, place the rotor at the center of the graduated cylinder, and make the rotor liquid level mark flush with the liquid level.

5. When changing from high-speed measurement to low-speed measurement, press the <Reset> key to stop the motor, then set the low speed and wait for the liquid level to stand still, then press the <Measurement> key to perform low-speed measurement to eliminate the measurement caused by the rotational inertia of the liquid. error.

6 Use No. 21 rotor when measuring low-viscosity liquid, and No. 29 rotor when measuring high-viscosity liquid.

7 When measuring liquid viscosity at low speed, it is necessary to prolong the measurement time before reading the result.

8 During the measurement process, such as raising and lowering the host, replacing the rotor or the liquid (sample) to be measured, etc., the host will often lose its level, and the level should be checked and re-adjusted in time.

9 Regularly or when necessary, standard viscosity liquid can be used to test the main engine to understand and judge its performance and working condition. (Standard viscosity liquid with corresponding parameters should be selected according to the commonly used viscosity value range.)
