Instructions
1. Power on and off (take CO Detector as an example)
(1) Power on: Press and hold the [On/Off Key] for 3 seconds to start the machine, and the system will automatically perform the following self-inspection procedures: display the gas type, emit sound and light alarm sounds and vibrations, and the indicator lights on both sides will flash to detect the buzzer Check whether normal, complete the boot, and enter the home page (the interface that displays the real-time gas concentration).
As shown in Figure 5.1-1:
① When the detected gas concentration is higher than the low alarm set value, it will display "low",
And it will send out low-frequency alarm and vibration; at this time, the alarm will record the current information for future reference.
② When the detected gas concentration is higher than the high alarm set value, it will display "high", and will send out high-frequency alarm and vibration; at this time, the alarm will record the current information for future reference.
③ After the high-low alarms, the device will automatically record the current gas detection concentration at regular intervals. After the gas concentration returns to normal, the device will no longer record the gas concentration.
④ On the home page, press the [Power button], and the current calendar, body temperature, and precise power will be displayed.
(2) Shutdown: On the home page, press and hold the [On/Off Key] for 3 seconds, the buzzer will sound once, and the device will shut down.
2. Record query
●On the home page, press the [Add] key to enter the alarm record query interface, and a new record will be displayed at this time, as shown in Figure 5.2-1:
In this interface, press the [plus/minus key] to turn the page to view the recent alarm records;
Press the [ON key] to exit the record query interface.
① The record query interface will display the recorded time, event, and gas concentration.
② Recorded events include: power on, power off, high report, low report, low battery , high temperature, low temperature, normal.
3. Device Settings
On the home page, press and hold the [minus key] for 3 seconds to enter the "Settings" menu. Non- professionals should not modify the internal parameters. As shown in Figure 5.3-1:
On the "Settings" menu interface, press the [plus/minus key] to move the selection item, and the [on key] can enter the corresponding sub-interface; on the "settings" menu interface, press and hold the [on key] for 3 seconds to exit the "settings" menu interface .
3.1 Time setting
On the "Settings" menu interface, press the [plus/minus key] to select "time", and the [on key] to enter the time setting interface to set the current time. As shown in Figure 5.3-2:
In the "time" interface, press the [on/off key] to move the options, press the [plus/minus key] to adjust the time; after adjustment, press and hold the [on/off key] for 3 seconds to save the settings and exit "time" setting interface.
3.2 Alarm Settings
On the "Settings" menu interface, press the [plus/minus key] to select "alarm", and press the [on key] to enter the "alarm" interface. As shown in Figure 5.3-3:
In the "Alarm" interface, press the [On/Off Key] to move the options, press the [Add/Minus Key] to adjust the alarm value to be set, and then press and hold the [On/Off Key] for 2 seconds to save the settings and exit the "Alarm" setting interface.
3.3 Recording settings
In the "Settings" menu interface, press the [plus/minus key] to select "record", and press the [on/off key] to enter the "record" interface. As shown in Figure 5.3-4:
In the "Record" interface, set the time interval for alarm recording, press the [plus/minus key] to adjust the alarm value, and then press and hold the [on key] for 2 seconds to save the settings and exit the " record setting" interface.
3.4 Zero setting
When the instrument is in clean air and does not return to zero for a long time, or displays E2 error, please follow the steps below to perform "zero setting";
In the "Settings" menu interface, press the [plus/minus key] to select "zero adjustment", and press the [on/off key] to enter the "zero adjustment" interface. As shown in Figure 5.3-5:
In the "Zero Adjustment" interface, set whether to "Confirm Zero Adjustment", press the [plus/minus key] to select "confirm", press the [on key], the device will automatically zero-adjust, and the parameters are correct, and the device will display "modified successfully"; And save the current zero point value, and the device .
If the parameter exceeds the range of zero adjustment, the device will display "error" and the parameter will not be saved. Please check the instrument at this time.
3.5 Equipment Calibration
Equipment calibration needs to be carried out under the premise that the standard gas is prepared. In the "Settings" menu interface, press the [plus/minus key] to select "calibration", and press the [on key] to enter the "calibration" interface. As shown in Figure 5.3-6:
When calibrating, please feed the standard gas and observe the current value. After the value is stable, adjust the size of the slope through the [plus/minus] key. After the slope is increased, the current value will become larger. decrease. By adjusting the size of the slope, adjust the current value to be consistent with the standard gas concentration, and observe whether the current value is stable. After stabilization , select "OK" or "Cancel" through the [On/Off Key]; click "OK" through the [Add/Minus Key] Save the value and exit; click " Cancel to exit the calibration without saving the value.
After calibration, return to the home page and wait for the value to return to zero. After returning to zero, pass in the calibration gas and observe whether the value is consistent with the concentration of the calibration gas. If they are consistent, the calibration is successful, otherwise it fails.
Note: Do not modify the slope without a standard gas.
3.6 System interface
On the "Settings" menu interface, press the [plus/minus key] to select "system", and press the [on/off key] to enter the "system" interface; in the "system" interface, the factory time and serial number of the device . Press and hold the [Power Key] for 2 seconds to exit the "System" interface.
