Internal Wiring Diagram
The internal wiring of the instrument has been lead to the terminal, and the user only needs to connect the terminal.
After the user opens the case, the terminal can be seen at the bottom of the box (configured according to the number of channels). as shown in picture 2:
The right terminals [Channel 1] and [Channel 2] are relay output interfaces, normally open;
The 3-wire terminal in the middle is the transmitter terminal , and the 3-wire interfaces are respectively, the left side - 24V positive, the middle - signal, the right side - 24V negative (that is, the ground wire);
The 2-wire terminal on the left is a 485 communication terminal. Among them, [A1 B1] is the connecting terminal for host cascading, and [A2 B2] is the connecting terminal for transmitter communication (optional).
User interface connection
[Relay interface ] This interface is a passive output interface. When using it, the user needs to use this interface as a circuit between the equipment power supply and the control equipment connected in series by a switch.
[Transmitter interface ] It can be connected to 3-wire and 2-wire 4-20mA transmitters. The 2-wire system only needs to be connected to the positive and signal without the ground wire. The 3-wire system can be connected according to the definition of the line shown. Can.
【485 interface (optional)】
Connect to the transmitter 485 using [A2? B2]. Note that A2, B2 of the host and A and B of the transmitter need to correspond as follows: A2 connects to A, B2 connects to B. To use 485 mode, you need to provide 24V voltage to the transmitter. Need to connect 4 wires: power supply [24V, ground wire ], 485 [A2, B2]. The 485 bus can be connected to multiple transmitters in parallel. Host 485[A1, B1] can be connected to a computer.
