1. Scope and Description
This method is to measure the powder coating and put it in a low temperature environment immediately after being treated in a certain high temperature environment, and then check the damage of the coating film.
2. Apparatus and Materials
The blast constant temperature Drying Oven can control the required temperature; the low temperature oven can control the temperature at (-30±2) ℃ ; the shape and size of the copper block are shown in Figure 4-15.
3. Measurement method
(1) Prepare the coating film on the above three copper samples according to the product standard, and place it according to the relevant regulations.
(2) Put the 3 samples in a constant temperature Drying Oven stabilized to the required temperature for 30 minutes, then take them out and quickly put them in a low temperature oven stabilized at (-30±2)°C for 10 minutes.
(3) One cycle of heating for 30 minutes and cooling for 10 minutes. After each cycle, dry the sample and check whether the coating film is cracked or detached. Repeat the cycle test until the coating film cracks and detaches, that is, the sample is damaged.
4. Results presentation
Report the number of cycles of sample coating film damage or the damage .
