1) Can measure curved surface

For example
The color detection of rod-shaped plastic products with a diameter of 20mm, the color detection of the curved surface of high-end glass bottles, and the color detection of ceramic devices with convex and concave surfaces in security facilities can be easily and quickly completed with the help of the 4mm diameter of the WF series.
2) Measurable powder
When measuring powder, the compactness of the powder, the smoothness of the surface, and the size of the powder particles will all affect the measured value. In order to avoid various influences and achieve accurate and stable measurement, the powder can be packed into a specially designed container, thereby ensuring that the characteristics of the powder remain highly consistent during multiple measurements.
3) Can measure liquids and particles
For the color difference measurement of liquids, Weifu has developed multi-functional test accessories to cooperate with the measurement of liquids, slurries, and large particle powders.
The use of multi-function test accessories is as follows:
(1) In the figure are the lower part, upper part and quartz vessel of the optical integrating cavity
(2) Connect the lower part of the optical integration cavity with the measurement port
(3) Put the quartz vessel filled with liquid into the lower part of the optical integration chamber
(4) Cover the upper part of the optical integration cavity.
