Talking about the non-destructive detection technology of anti-corrosion coating in pipeline

Non-destructive testing technology refers to the detection method of obtaining the chemical properties and physical properties of the test object without destroying the original state or chemical properties of the material. So far, non-destructive testing technology is an important method to detect anti-corrosion coatings in pipelines and control pipeline corrosion losses. This paper introduces the Thickness Gauge of anti-corrosion coating in pipelines in detail from the aspects of technical difficulties, working principle, instrument composition, signal processing and achievable technical indicators for the detection of anti-corrosion coating quality in small-diameter pipelines. Various pipelines are widely used in petroleum and chemical enterprises. In order to prolong the service life of the pipeline, paint film is applied to the inner surface of small-diameter pipes, and the thickness and uniformity of the paint film are directly related to the anti-corrosion effect and economic benefits. Therefore, the anti-corrosion code has clear requirements for the thickness of the paint film. At present, only the oilfields in the eastern part of my country have incomplete statistics, and the annual economic loss due to pipeline corrosion exceeds 100 million yuan. Undoubtedly, improving the quality of anticorrosion is one of the effective ways to reduce corrosion.
