Salt spray chamber manufacturers always provide calibration kits. Follow the manufacturer's instructions for the calibration process. The following data shall be continuously measured and recorded over 16 hours.

1.1 Temperature.

1.2 fog volume.

1.3 Solution concentration.

1.4 Solution pH.

1.5 solution specific gravity.

2) Calibrated by a third-party laboratory.

Laboratories should have detailed and standardized procedures for performing such calibrations and should issue detailed calibration certificates. Accredited laboratory required.
