First of all, the following points should be paid attention to when installing air duct insulation materials in the temperature and humidity Test Chamber:
1. All gaps and seams need to be sealed with special glue.
2. After installation, all elbows, valves and other accessories need to reach the design thickness.
3. Do not use too much glue when bonding, and the interface between all materials should be gently squeezed under bonding.
4. When installing, first the small pipe, then the large pipe, then the elbow, after the tee, the straight pipe, then the valve, and the flange.
5. When installing the temperature and humidity Test Chamber equipment, the gap between the two ends of the rubber and plastic pipes and the iron pipe needs to be glued together, and the bonding width should not be equal to the thickness of the rubber material.
6. The gap of the pipes should be installed in an inconspicuous position as much as possible, and the gaps of the two pipes should be staggered from each other.
7. Do not install the machine while using it. It cannot be opened within 36 hours after installation.
8. Due to the packaging, the large-diameter rubber and plastic tube has become oval, so it is necessary to cut the flat side when cutting.
