It is mainly used to test the flammability of plastic and other non-metallic material samples, and to evaluate the flame retardancy of materials through simulation technology, so as to evaluate the risk of accidental fire caused by materials.
2. Experimental method of horizontal and vertical flammability Tester
One end of a rectangular sample is fixed on a horizontal or vertical fixture, and the other end is exposed to a prescribed test flame. The combustion behavior of the samples was evaluated by measuring the linear burning rate. The vertical burning behavior of the samples was evaluated by measuring residual flame and afterglow time, burning extent and dripping of burning particles.
