Principle overview

1. The rain Test Chamber is driven by a mechanical transmission device to achieve the purpose of the test. The turntable transmission mechanism drives the worm through the motor, and drives the worm wheel to reach the specified speed. The swing rod is an electric reducer that drives the rack to drive the gear to drive the swing rod. The rotary rod drives the reducer through the motor, and the deceleration surface directly drives the rotary rod to run. The rainwater test box adopts the method of electromechanical combination, and according to the national standard and European and Japanese standards, the test equipment is designed to simulate the natural rainwater environment.

2. The water spray volume and water spray pressure can be adjusted by the size of the switch ball valve.

3. The swing tube angle and swing tube frequency are realized by changing the position of the connecting rod on the eccentric wheel and changing the motor speed respectively.

4. Reduce the speed of the test piece table through the worm gear reducer, and the frequency converter changes the motor speed. A bushing device is arranged on the rotating shaft of the worktable, and the bushing device can be adjusted up and down in the axial direction to meet the requirements of different specimen sizes.

5. The test time is set and displayed by the time accumulator.
