(1) Take the rotor and rotor sleeve out of the box, and fix the rotor with fastening screws. Note: The fastening screw should be fixed on the flat opening of the rotor rod, and the other end of the rotor sleeve should be fixed on the central shaft with the fastening screw. Pour an appropriate amount of the sample to be tested into the barrel. See Figure 11 for details
(2) Turn the lifting knob to lower the instrument slowly, immerse the rotor into the sample and keep the liquid level mark on the rotor (groove or convex line on the rotor rod) flush with the measured liquid level. See Figure 12 for details
(3) Check whether the spirit level in front of the instrument is level.
(4) After confirming that it is correct, click the run button to directly test the viscosity value.
