1. Replace the air bag and properly reduce the air supply volume of the fan to make it finer.
2. For ultra-fine products, increase the air intake.
The third common problem is: the main engine current rises, the engine temperature rises, and the fan current drops.
reason:
1. Too much material is added, the flue is blocked by powder, and the exhaust of the pipeline is blocked. The circulating air dissipates heat, increasing the temperature of the main current and the engine, while the fan current decreases.
solution:
1. Reduce the intake volume and clean the powder in the flue.
2. Open the air pipe valve upwards, and keep the inlet material temperature below 6 degrees Celsius.
The fourth common problem: the host of the ball mill is noisy and vibrates.

1. Less import volume. The scraper is severely worn and cannot scoop up materials. The foundation bolts are loose.
