Avoidance measures include: the base layer should be cleaned and leveled, putty must be fully scraped as required, and smoothed with sandpaper, used brushes must be cleaned in time and carefully inspected, and the paint and environment should be protected against dust during construction.
3. Peeling
If the base layer is too smooth, or there is oil or dust, it is easy to cause the paint to adhere weakly and cause peeling; in addition, the putty is not firmly bonded, and the coating has strong adhesiveness, forming a state of "burnt on the outside and tender on the inside". In the case of temperature difference or uneven humidity, the surface layer of the film is also prone to cracking and peeling. The preventive measure is to brush the smooth base layer with steel wire and clean it up. Use a suitable solvent to degrease the oil stain and rinse it with water; when you need to paint the primer, it is recommended to choose the product that matches the top coat; The coating should not be too thick, and the principle is to cover the base layer impermeably, the coating film is plump and uniform, and the color is consistent; different putties are selected according to different base layers, so that the bonding strength of the putty and the bonding strength of the paint can adapt to each other.
