3. Structure overview

DHG-9000 series electric heating constant temperature Forced Air Drying Oven has four specifications of 40 liters, 100 liters, 140 liters and 220 liters in volume, beautiful and practical. The outer shell is welded by high-quality steel plates, the surface is sprayed, and the inner steel plate is sprayed with high-temperature resistant silver powder paint or stainless steel plates, with two to four layers of shelves. Ultra-fine glass wool is used for temperature insulation, double-layer glass observation windows are installed on the door, and heat-resistant silicone rubber or asbestos rope is installed on the working room and the door for temperature insulation and sealing. The power switch, temperature controller and other operating parts of the drying box are all concentrated in the front of the box for easy operation.

The heating and constant temperature system in the box is composed of an electric heater, a temperature controller, a fan, and a suitable air duct structure. When the power is turned on, the fan works at the same time, and the heat generated by the electric heater is discharged through the air duct, and then sucked into the fan after passing through the dry items in the working room, so that the temperature can be uniformed through continuous circulation.

The temperature controller is a microcomputer intelligent digital temperature controller. It adopts progressive heating to suppress the temperature overshoot as much as possible. It has a self-tuning function, high temperature control accuracy, a protection device for the set temperature, and a tracking alarm function.

4. How to use

1. Put the dried items into the working room, close the door and then turn on the power.

2. Adjust the set temperature of the temperature controller, the heating indicator light is on, and the heating starts. The method is as follows:

Turn the power switch to "ON". About 7 seconds, the upper part of the temperature controller displays the temperature in the box, and the lower part is the set temperature. Press the ↑↓ button once, the upper row displays SP, press the ▲ or ▼ button to make the lower row display the desired set temperature, and then press the ↑↓ button once, the upper row displays ST (press the ▲ or ▼ button to make the lower row display The required timing time, when the ST is set to 0, the meter cancels the timing function, and when the ST setting is not 0, the meter has the timing function. Normally, there is no need to set the time, this time is the time for the machine to work, and it will be turned off when the time comes. There is no restart function.) Press the ↑↓ button again to return to the standard mode and the setting of the temperature controller is over, and the instrument can work normally. Under normal circumstances, the temperature control enters a constant temperature state after heating for 90 minutes.

3. Open the door, put the required items into the box, and close the door. If the door is opened for too long, the temperature inside the box will fluctuate, which is a normal phenomenon.

4. During the drying period of the items, it is better not to open the door of the box unless you put or take the items in the box, so as not to affect the temperature.

5. When the required working temperature is low, the secondary setting method can be used, which can reduce or eliminate the phenomenon of temperature overshoot, so that the working room can enter the constant temperature phenomenon as soon as possible.

6. Choose the drying time according to your needs. After drying, turn the power switch to "O". If you don't take out the items immediately, be careful of burning your hands. You can open the door of the box first to lower the temperature inside the box.

5. Matters needing attention

1. The shell of the drying box needs to be effectively grounded to ensure safe use.

2. The drying box should be placed in a room with good ventilation conditions, and no flammable and explosive materials can be placed around it.

3. Do not overcrowd the items in the box, and leave space.

4. The inside and outside of the box should be kept clean. If it is not used for a long time, it should be covered with a plastic dust cover and placed in a dry room.
