1. When using, the temperature should not exceed the maximum operating temperature of the drying box.
2. In the Drying Oven with blast, the blower must be turned on during the heating process to a constant temperature, otherwise it will affect the uniformity of the working temperature and damage the heating element.
3. When you need to observe the samples in the working room, you can open the outer box door and observe through the glass door. However, it is advisable to open the door less to avoid affecting the constant temperature. Especially when the temperature is above 200°C, opening the door of a constant Drying Oven may cause the glass door to suddenly cool and break, or the high temperature will overflow and hurt people.
4. When placing the test items, care should be taken not to arrange them too closely, and no test items should be placed on the cooling plate, so as not to affect the upward flow of hot air. It is forbidden to bake flammable, explosive, volatile and corrosive items.
5. When all preparations are ready, put the sample into the drying box, and then turn on the power. The red indicator light is on, indicating that the box has been heated. When the temperature reaches the controlled temperature, the red light is off and the green light is on. If the control fails, you must take care of it.
6. Pay attention to the safe use of electricity. The drying box should be placed in a dry and flat place indoors to prevent vibration and corrosion. Use sufficient power wires and have a good grounding wire.
7. No flammable and explosive items can be placed around the Drying Oven.
8. After the work is finished, the power should be turned off immediately to ensure safety.
In order to prolong the service life of the drying box, you must also learn maintenance knowledge:
1. Clean the surface and studio dust, keep the drying box clean and hygienic.
2. Regularly check whether the fan is running normally and whether there is any abnormal sound. If there is any abnormal sound, turn off the machine immediately for inspection.
3. Regularly check whether the vents are blocked, and clean up the dust regularly.
4. Regularly check whether the thermostat is accurate, if not, please adjust the static compensation or sensor correction value of the thermostat.
5. Regularly check whether the heating pipe is damaged or not, and whether the circuit is aging.
6. If the Yiheng drying box suddenly loses power, the power switch and heating switch of the drying box should be turned off to prevent it from automatically starting when the power comes in.
