Graphic analysis gravure printing oven drying process analysis and energy saving optimization design

Discussion on the analysis of gravure printing oven drying process and energy-saving optimization design. In order to know the drying mechanism in the drying process of printed products and discuss the drying process, the drying process model of printed products in the oven and the heat and mass transfer process in the drying process were established. Through the drying system simulation software, this is used in the engineering production process to guide the development and design of the oven. After analyzing the drying process, the optimization scheme for the original oven was obtained in terms of hot air secondary circulation structure, waste heat recovery and oven insulation structure design, etc., which achieved satisfactory results in engineering use.
