Regarding the discussion and analysis of the uncertainty evaluation of the results of the Leeb Hardness Tester, the article is mainly based on the requirements of JJG747-1999 "Leeb Hardness Tester Verification Regulations", combined with the actual measurement work, using the theory of measurement uncertainty to discuss and analyze Influencing factors of the uncertainty of the measurement results of the Hardness Tester's indication error, and put forward the uncertainty evaluation method and report. The following sections introduce the basic overview, establishment of mathematical models, evaluation of measured values, evaluation of combined standard uncertainty, evaluation of expanded uncertainty, report and representation of measurement uncertainty.
