What should I do if the compressor of the high-low Temperature Test Chamber leaks oil?

It is also relatively common for process compressors used in high-low Temperature Test Chambers to leak oil. According to different reasons for the high-low temperature oil leakage of the test box compressor, we often use different methods to solve the corresponding problems:

First of all, check the oil seal of the compressor in the high-low temperature test box to confirm whether the oil seal is broken and whether the inner lip is broken or overturned. If there is one of the above conditions, it should be replaced; check whether there are scratches and defects on the joint surface of the oil seal and the main shaft, and replace them with scratches and defects. Second, check whether the oil return is smooth. If the crankcase pressure is too high due to poor oil return, the oil seal will leak or fall off. It is necessary to ensure that the oil return nozzle has a small diameter, does not twist or bend, and can return oil smoothly. Check the matching size of the oil seal and the oil tank, and replace the oil seal that does not meet the standard.

Second, move the spindle hard to check whether the radial clearance is too large. If the gap is too large, replace the bearing bush and oil seal. As for how big the gap is, each brand is different, and the gap is generally about 1 cm.

Third, check the sealing condition of the gaskets at the joints of the compressor in the high-low temperature test box, and repair or replace the gaskets in time if there is any problem; check whether the bolts of the oil inlet and oil return connectors and the threads of the box are loose, and make sure that there are no loose. Some compressors may have a poor working environment, and the body may be full of oil. This requires our compressor repair masters to work hard, first of all to clean up the compressor as a whole.

Fourth, check and readjust the tightness of the entire belt at the head of the compressor. It is recommended to press 10 mm with the thumb. If it is too large or too small, it is necessary to adjust it. This point is easily overlooked by the mouth, so all users should pay attention.

Fifth, check the casting or processing defects of the compressor shell (such as whether the oil return hole at the shell installation is unblocked), repair or replace defective parts, and see if they are severely impacted, etc.
