The working principle of refrigeration is that the refrigeration cycle adopts the reverse Carlo cycle. The cycle is accomplished by two isothermal processes and two adiabatic processes. The specific process is as follows: the refrigerant is adiabatically compressed to a higher pressure by the compressor, and the work consumed increases the exhaust temperature. Then, the refrigerant is isothermally exchanged with the surrounding medium through the condenser to transfer heat to the surrounding medium. After the refrigerant expands adiabatically and works through the stop valve, after the temperature of the refrigerant decreases, the refrigerant is isothermally heated from a higher temperature through the evaporator. The object absorbs heat, which reduces the temperature of the cooled object. . This cycle is repeated to achieve the cooling temperature.

The heating principle of the high-low Temperature Test Chamber is: the heating system is composed of air heating wire, heating control system, air circulation and so on. The heating method is generally direct heating of nickel-chromium alloy electric heating wire. During the operation of the high-low Temperature Test Chamber, the circulating fan makes the air in the chamber convect, and takes away the heat generated by the heating wire into the working room, so as to achieve the effect of heating the air in the chamber. The control system adjusts and controls the conduction time of the heating wire through a microcomputer, so that the heating heat and heat loss can be dynamically balanced to achieve the purpose of temperature control.
