Please deal with the noise in the high-low Temperature Test Chamber like this.

As one of the important members of the environmental testing industry, high-low Temperature Test Chambers play a very important role in our experiments. However, during use, noise always appears in our ears, which not only affects work mood, but also affects physical and mental health. Users are paying more and more attention to the mute effect of high temperature and low Temperature Test Chambers. So for the noise problem, how to effectively reduce the high-low Temperature Test Chamber? Three ways to teach you to effectively reduce noise

1. Raise the high temperature and low Temperature Test Chamber, then adjust the balance of the four corners and fix it so that the air flow at the bottom of the Test Chamber can be increased after being raised. In this way, the noise of the compressor and some other noises are radiated from the bottom of the box, which reduces the overall noise of the high-low temperature test box.

2. The base of the compressor should be firmly fixed

If the noise is significantly reduced when the compressor is pressed down firmly with the hand, the noise increases when the hand is lifted. This situation is usually caused by uneven stress on the vibration-damping rubber pad fixed on the compressor base or loose bolts and instability of the compressor base. Replace the washer that has lost its elasticity and tighten the bolts of the device.

3. The pipeline and the high-low temperature test box are firmly reinforced

In order to avoid resonance when the compressor of the high-low temperature Test Chamber is working, the operator should regularly check whether the connection reinforcement between the external pipeline and the box body is loose. To avoid loosening, the outer pipe needs to be fixed and the bolts need to be equipped with spring washers.
