How should the Thermal Shock Test Chamber detect the temperature recovery time?

Thermal shock testing machines are also expensive due to their strict standards, difficult manufacturing, and expensive accessories. It is mainly used for testing material structures or composite materials. It is subjected to extremely high temperatures and extremely low temperatures instantaneously. Tolerance in continuous temperature environments detects chemical changes or physical damage caused by thermal expansion and contraction of the sample in the shortest possible time.

We usually use the following steps to check the temperature recovery time of the thermal shock test box:

1. Select the conversion time of the temperature shock Test Chamber, then transfer the inspection load from high temperature equipment to low temperature equipment, pay attention to observe and record the temperature of the measurement point; then perform the reverse conversion of the inspection load from low temperature equipment to high temperature equipment in the same way, Pay attention to observe and record the temperature of the measuring point;

2. Heat up and cool down the box respectively, and stabilize for 30 minutes after the temperature shock test box enters the temperature control state or the corresponding time according to the technical requirements of the product, and record the temperature value of the measuring point .

3. Record the shortest time required to test the load of the thermal shock testing machine from high temperature (or low temperature) equipment to low temperature (or high temperature) equipment until the temperature of the equipment measurement point returns to the temperature state before the test load is released.

4. Install the temperature measuring sensor at the specified position, and adjust the temperature controllers of the high temperature box and the low temperature box to the required nominal temperature respectively.

5. The temperature shock Test Chamber puts the test load into the high-temperature equipment, and selects the corresponding holding time according to the technical requirements of the product or the relevant standards.
