how to install?
1. The "Blue Devil" adopts a high tripod and is fixed on the ground with a suction cup (the ground needs to be flat), so please make sure that the suction cup is completely absorbed by the ground before installation. If you push the machine by hand, it is easy to move or the machine is started When the phenomenon of movement occurs, it means that the suction cup is not completely adsorbed to the ground, so please clean the ground and wipe the suction cup or replace it with a flatter ground for installation. After positioning the machine, use an impact drill to make a hole on the ground according to the size of the hole on the rubber, then put in a 10mm expansion screw and lock it with a nut. At this point, the machine is installed.
2. Please confirm whether the voltage and frequency used by the machine are the same as those supplied by your factory.
3. Be sure to ground the machine and install it in a safe place.
4. If the machine is not in use, please cut off the power to avoid accidents.
How to operate the test?
1. Put the paint raw materials to be ground and dispersed into the test tank. The test tank is preferably stainless steel tank, glass tank or tinplate tank.
2. Add the correct weight of grinding media (stainless steel balls, steel balls, glass beads, zirconium silicon zirconium, etc.) according to the weight ratio. The weight ratio of paint raw materials and grinding media is glass beads 1:2-3, steel balls 1:3-4 for grinding The selection of the size of the media will mainly affect the grinding efficiency. Selecting smaller grinding beads increases the grinding surface area, thus improving the grinding effect, but relatively making filtration more difficult and reducing the amount of final products obtained.
3. Put the test tank completely sealed on the "Blue Devil" clamping device, turn the handle and use the splint to clamp the test tank firmly. Cracked splint.
4. In order to maintain the service life of the machine, please try not to use it on one side. If you need to use it on one side, please hold the empty can on the other side or seal the splint tightly, and just put it against the clip to ensure the service life of the splint.
5. Set the required grinding time and start the machine.
6. After grinding, please make sure that the machine is completely still before turning the handle to open the splint and take out the test tank.
How to maintain it properly?
1. If this machine is a new machine just purchased by your factory, please replace the lubricating oil of the crankcase after 100 hours of use.
2. After changing the lubricating oil for the first time, you only need to regularly check and replenish the lubricating oil in the future.
3. The total weight of the maximum grinding (including the grinding tank) of the machine fixture shall not exceed 5 kg. In order to avoid shortening the service life of the machine.
4. Please avoid oil or paint on the belt of the pulley to cause slippage.
5. When the splint is empty, it should be very easy to advance and retreat. If there is difficulty in advancing and retreating, please check whether the guide rod is rusted or foreign objects are stuck, and please keep the stirring shaft guide rod clean after daily use.
6. In order to prolong the service life of the "Blue Devil", please stop the machine for 10-15 minutes every time it is used for more than 90 minutes, and let the machine rest for a short time before restarting to avoid overheating of the machine.
7. Do not let the timer and power cord come into contact with water or any liquid.
