WJ frequency conversion mixer is an instrument that integrates dispersing and stirring. It is used for dispersing and stirring small batches of samples in the pilot test. It adopts frequency converter stepless speed regulation, the speed regulation range is 0~3000r/min, and the lifting stroke is 440mm.
The specific operation method of WJ frequency conversion speed regulation automatic lifting mixer is as follows:
1. Install the dispersing blade and the holder before use, and tighten the dispersing blade clockwise to the shaft. Loosen the locking handle, adjust the position of the dispersing blade and the material, and pay attention to the liquid level not being too high, so as to prevent the material from entering the sealing ring on the rotating shaft and damaging the bearing.
2. Turn on the main power supply, adjust the required height through the lifting switch on the right, and press the stop button to turn off the power supply of the lifting pole after the adjustment is in place.
3. Press the RUN key, then adjust the speed control knob on the inverter to adjust the speed to the required speed. When stopping, you can directly press the STOP key, or you can adjust the speed to zero first, and then press the STOP key. The display of the frequency converter shows the current rotational speed of the shaft.
4. Please pay attention to maintenance after each use, and clean the fuselage frequently to avoid erosion of residual paint on the fuselage. After use, be sure to adjust the lifting pole to the lowest position and turn off the power supply of the lifting pole.
5. The machine is guaranteed for one year, and man-made damage is not covered by the warranty.
6. Users only use the "RUN" and "STOP" keys and the speed control knob on the inverter panel, and the other buttons are used by the factory to set the inverter parameters. Operators generally do not press them arbitrarily.
