Notes on ingredients:
(1) Ingredients. When mixing color (dye) materials, handle, put down, and stir lightly, and do not move too vigorously, so as to avoid the powder of color (dye) materials flying away and causing waste or polluting clothes. Be more careful about those poisonous pigments, such as red lead, etc. After they enter the respiratory tract, they will cause symptoms such as weakness and tiredness, loss of appetite, weight loss, pale complexion, and headache. When mixing slow-drying paint, be careful not to let thinners (such as solvent gasoline, turpentine and other organic solvents) come into contact with skin or open flames, so as not to cause dermatitis, eczema and other diseases or fires. When formulating quick-drying paints, it is necessary to minimize the volatilization of solvents, so as to avoid poisoning after inhalation and damage human body and physiological functions.
Precautions for painting:
(2) Paint. When applying slow-drying paint, care should be taken not to stretch the brush too much, so as not to cause waste due to dripping of the paint, or to stain the face and clothes; when applying quick-drying paint, it is necessary to wear a gas mask. To avoid poisoning, when applying lacquer, wear latex gloves or apply protective oil (such as vegetable oil, mineral oil, etc.) on the palm of your hand in advance to prevent the lacquer from contaminating the skin and causing skin poisoning. Clean the protective oil with soapy water after operation.
Precautions for painting:
(3) Spray paint. Since most of the spraying materials are flammable, explosive and toxic substances, in addition to wearing a suitable gas mask during operation, smoking and contact with open flames must be strictly prohibited to avoid accidents such as fire, explosion and poisoning. If dizziness or nausea occurs during operation, leave the scene immediately and go to a place with outdoor ventilation to breathe fresh air. In severe cases, send to the hospital for examination and treatment immediately. After the operation, the sprayer should be effectively cleaned, and at the same time take off the work clothes, wash the skin with warm water or take a shower.
