Pushen CCQ Thick Paint Putty Consistency Tester is used to test the consistency of thick paint or putty. Under the constant volume and fixed pressure, after a certain period of time, the consistency is expressed by the diameter of the flow and diffusion of the sample.
How to use it
1. Fill the pump with the sample (no gap is left), and then use the pump plug to press the sample out of the pump.
2. Cut the sample of the cylinder with a paint knife and place it in the center of the glass plate. Then put another glass plate flat on the sample gently, press the weight on it, and start the stopwatch at the same time. After one minute, take off the weight and observe the scale on the glass plate where the sample flow spreads on the circle. Record its diameter in centimeters, which is the test result. (If it is an ellipse, take the average of its major and minor axes). The test was carried out under constant temperature and humidity conditions.
