Assembly method

1. Put the machine base of the laboratory dispersing homogenizer on the platform, take two long columns and connect them into a whole with threads, then fix them in the mounting screw holes of the machine base, and then insert the supporting frame into the Above the column, and turn the handle of the support bracket to fix it.

2. Take another short pillar and connect it to the mounting screw hole on the back of the homogeneous host, then string the pillar into the supporting frame on the column, and turn the handle of the supporting frame to fix the homogeneous host on the column. Notice:

  • The drive type of this machine is a series-excited motor, and its characteristic is that it has a rated torque at a rated speed, and the speed and torque are proportional to each other. The higher the speed, the greater the torque; the lower the speed, the smaller the torque.

  • If the machine needs to run at a low speed, the speed should be adjusted as needed during the running process after the equipment starts running.

  • This machine is prohibited to be used in flammable and explosive environment.

  • The power socket that enters the machine needs to be well grounded. It is strictly forbidden to lead the ground wire to the telephone wire, metal water pipe, and coal lightning rod wire.

  • It is strictly forbidden for the machine to start the operation of the dispersing and homogenizing working head that is not placed in the experimental liquid medium. The bottom of the working head (feed inlet) should keep a sufficient distance from the experimental medium container.

  • The working system of AD200L-P/H of this series is S1-min (intermittent), and continuous operation is prohibited. In order to ensure the safety performance of the drive host and prolong the service life. Run for five minutes, need to stop for five minutes.

Use and Maintenance

1. This machine adopts single-phase three-wire system, and the required power socket is 220V, 10A three-hole socket.

2. Before using the machine, the operation test of the driving host should be carried out professionally. Please do not install the dispersing and homogenizing working head during the test.

3. The dispersing and homogenizing working head of this machine is strictly forbidden to run away from the liquid medium. Avoid damage to mechanical parts without liquid medium protection during high-speed operation , resulting in mechanical failure.

4. For the working head configured on this machine, the appropriate working head should be selected for the experiment according to the quantity of experimental materials.

5. Disassembly and assembly steps of the working head of the machine:

1) When installing, please protect the working head ① with your hand, press the connector fixing ring ② with the fingers of the other hand, align the driving pin ③ with the driving slot ④ on the main drive insert it, and then turn the working head so that the upper part of the connector Align the positioning groove ⑥ with the anti-rotation pin ⑦ on the main drive, and then loosen the connector fixing ring with your fingers, the fixing ring will automatically reset, and the working head is installed.

But do not use too much force, so that the head of the working head hits the base plate, causing deformation and damage.

6. The input power of the machine: turn on the power switch. Speed ​​indicator [ 0 0 0 0 ] digital display, "P type" dynamic indicator flashes, indicating that it has entered the working state.

7. Setting of the running speed of the machine: Rotate the speed control knob to enter the speed preset state. The stirring speed required for the experimental operation can be set , and the speed can also be dynamically adjusted during the operation.

8. The machine is running and starting control: press the speed control knob to start running. "H type" has no speed preset, and its running speed is the initial default speed.

9. Pause/restart the operation of the machine: Press the speed control knob once during the operation, and the operation will stop. Press the speed control knob again, and the device will start running at the speed before pausing (speed memory function).

10. Timing operation control of the machine: "H type" press the speed control knob for 3 seconds, the digital display shows "SEt" to enter the running timing control state, rotate the speed control knob to set the time required for the experimental operation, and then press the adjustment knob again Press the speed control knob to confirm, exit the timing setting and enter the speed value setting. Also rotate the speed control knob to set the speed required for the experiment, press the speed control knob, and the machine will start running in the timing control state. At this time, the speed display alternately displays the running speed and the countdown of timing control.

11. The operating state control of the machine: When the input power is interrupted or the power switch is turned off unexpectedly and restarted, the machine will enter the preset initial state to ensure the safety of the experimental operation.

12. Operation failure of the machine: When the operation cannot be executed according to the instruction, the "H" digital display will display "Errl", indicating that the machine is in a failure alarm state.
