What points should be paid attention to when mechanical coating?
(1) When using paint spraying machines and other new equipment, construction personnel should be familiar with machine maintenance rules and safety technical measures.
(2) When using machinery and equipment, the reliability and operation of the machine should be checked, and if any problem is found, it should be shut down for maintenance immediately.
(3) The electrical equipment used in the painting site must not only be equipped with explosion-proof devices, but also need to be grounded. All electric fields connected by operators must use safe voltages or be equipped with absolutely safe devices.
(4) When using the safety valve of the compressor, pay attention to the pointer of the pressure gauge at all times, and do not exceed the limit red line.
(5) The top of the oven should be equipped with a ventilation pipe. For every 1.5 cubic meters of oven volume, there should be an "explosion-proof safety door" with an area of at least 1 square meter.
(6) After the mechanical equipment and tools are used, the power supply should be cut off, and the equipment and residual materials should be cleaned. When cleaning the Spray Gun and other tools, try to avoid solvent contact with the skin.
How to prevent solvent poisoning?
Most of the solvents used in paint work will volatilize into gases harmful to human body. When the concentration of these solvent vapors is high, it can invade, stimulate and destroy human skin, central nervous system, hematopoietic organs, respiratory system, etc., often causing poisoning, and in severe cases, life-threatening. It can also cause dizziness, heartburn and chest tightness at low concentrations. People who have been exposed to these gases for a long time are most prone to symptoms such as loss of appetite, poor memory and insomnia, and chronic poisoning. The methods to prevent solvent poisoning are as follows:
(1) When working, it is necessary to wear a gas mask, protective gloves, work clothes, glasses, etc.
(2) The workplace needs to have good ventilation, anti-virus, dust removal and other facilities. In the absence of protective equipment, the lJ window should be opened to allow air circulation and accelerate the escape of toxic gases.
(3) When the hands are stained with paint, do not scrub with benzene solvents. It is recommended to wear gloves or apply medical petroleum jelly beforehand.
(4) Operators are not allowed to eat at the construction site, wash hands and face with soap before meals or after get off work, and change work clothes.
(5) If the operator feels headache, dizziness, nausea, etc. during work, he should leave the workplace immediately and go outside to breathe fresh air. If acute benzene poisoning is found, he should organize rescue in time.
(6) Operators should undergo regular physical examinations, and those with symptoms should be treated in time and transferred from their posts immediately.
What is the maximum allowable concentration of commonly used port agents in the air?
After the paint solvent evaporates, it will cause environmental pollution. The maximum allowable concentration in my country refers to the limit value established by long-term and representative sampling and measurement of toxic substances in the air of the paint construction site, which can ensure that workers will not be exposed during construction
