The specific operation method of the small coating machine is as follows:
1. Connect the power supply.
2. Put the substrate to be coated (such as: black and white paper) flat on the coating base, and clamp it with a clamp.
3. Place the horizontal push rod on the fixed rods on both sides of the coating base.
4. Position the Film Applicator in front of the lateral push rod.
5. Adjust the speed control knob to choose the appropriate coating speed.
6. Place an appropriate amount of paint to be coated directly in front of the Film Applicator.
7. Press the "Start" button to start coating.
8. After the coating stops, scrape the remaining paint into the waste collection tray.
9. Remove the prepared sample for the next operation.
