However, the shear stress is small, and it can only disperse easily dispersible pigments, but the dispersion speed is fast, so it is often used in the pre-dispersion of pigment grinding materials.
In order to give full play to the dispersing ability of the high-speed mixer, the diameter of the general mixing bucket should be twice the diameter of the paddle, the distance between the paddle and the bottom of the bucket is about half of its diameter, and the tip speed of the paddle is about 1200~1500m/s.
