Use a pH meter to measure the pH value of the sodium chloride solution so that it is between 6.4-7.0 (so that the pH value of the spray solution collected during the test is between 6.5-7.2), usually use distilled water or pure water to directly dissolve the chlorine Sodium chloride can be dissolved, and there is no need to adjust the pH value. The pH value can be adjusted with sodium hydroxide and glacial acetic acid, a small amount of sodium hydroxide or glacial acetic acid can cause a major change in the pH value of the solution: sodium hydroxide makes the pH value higher, and glacial acetic acid makes the pH value lower.
(2) Solution ratio of AASS in acetic acid salt spray test
1. Prepare sodium chloride solution, the concentration is the same as the neutral salt spray test NSS;
2. Add a small amount of glacial acetic acid to the sodium chloride solution, stir well, and measure the pH value of the solution with an acidity meter until it is between 3.0-3.1 (make the pH value of the spray solution collected during the test between 3.1-3.3).
(3) Copper-accelerated acetic acid salt spray test CASS solution ratio
1. Prepare sodium chloride solution, the concentration is the same as the neutral salt spray test NSS;
2. Add copper chloride to the sodium chloride solution at a concentration of 0.26g/L±0.02g/L (ie 0.205g/L±0.015g/L anhydrous copper chloride);
3. Stir until the sodium chloride and copper chloride are completely dissolved;
4. Add a small amount of glacial acetic acid to the sodium chloride solution, stir well, and measure the pH value of the solution with an acidity meter until it is between 3.0-3.1 (make the pH value of the spray solution collected during the test between 3.1-3.3).


two. Operation of salt spray test machine
1. Check whether the power supply of the salt spray testing machine is plugged in, whether the water supply and air supply devices are normally connected and opened, whether the drain valve is closed, and whether the exhaust device is connected to the outdoor or sewer pipe;
2. Add water to the laboratory:
1) If the water supply device has been connected normally, open the water supply valve, press the "power" button, the equipment will automatically add water to the laboratory until the "low water level" light on the far left of the operation panel goes out (the "low water level" light corresponds to the laboratory water level).
2) If the water supply device is not connected, press the "power" button and manually pour tap water into the laboratory until the "low water level" light in the laboratory goes out.
3. Add water to the pressure tank:
1) If the water supply device has been connected normally and the water supply valve is open, after pressing the "power" button, the device will automatically add water to the pressure tank (the water added to the pressure tank will be filtered through one process), until the " The "low water level" light is off (the "low water level" light corresponds to the water level of the pressure tank). It is better to keep the equipment in the state of water supply during the experiment, so as to avoid the suspension of the experiment due to the lack of water in the pressure tank;
Note: When using the salt spray Tester for the first time or after emptying the water in the pressure tank and filling it again, you need to add 150ml of pure water into it through the "pressure tank manual water filling point" after the low water level light goes out!
2) If the water supply device is not connected, after pressing the "power" button, open the red valve below the "manually add water to the pressure tank", pour pure water into the pressure tank manually, and the "low water level" light on the far right of the operation panel goes out After falling, you can continue to add 1500ml of water, and then close the valve. Because the water is added manually, during the experiment, you should take a break to see if the low water level light of the pressure tank is on. If it is on, the experiment will be suspended and you need to add water in time. It is better to add water to the pressure tank once every day before going to work and before leaving get off work, so as to avoid the suspension of the experiment. Note: When adding water to the pressure barrel during the experiment, the "spray" button must be turned off first, otherwise when the red valve is opened, water will be sprayed here, and the "spray" button is turned on after adding water.
4. Water seal: add water to the sealing tank to the position of the backing plate to play the role of water seal to isolate the laboratory;
5. Add sodium chloride solution: Pour the prepared sodium chloride solution into the salt solution replenishment box (there is a sign of "reagent entrance" above the right operation panel of the salt spray Tester), and the liquid medicine can be automatically filled and flowed into the salt solution Preheating tank, economic type 15 liters, standard type 30 liters.
6. Put the test piece into the laboratory correctly (★The tested surface faces up, and the arrangement angle is arranged according to the required standard. For example, the standard test piece test 130×70 (mm) can be inclined at 15 degrees and 30 degrees.), and press "Operate" button, the pressure tank and the Test Chamber are heated at the same time, and the heating is automatically stopped when the set temperature required for the test is reached. After the temperature reaches the set value, set the timer, and press the "spray" and "timing" buttons to start the test;

The test time can be set according to the requirements of customers or the provisions of product standards. If the test time is set longer, you should always pay attention to whether the solution in the pressure tank and the brine tank is too little, and add the corresponding solution in time.

9. Adjust the amount of spray:
A.Open the air outlet valve in front of the Air Compressor, and adjust the pressure to 2kg/cm2 primary pressure.
B.Adjust the pressure regulating valve to a pressure of 1kg/cm2, the pressure can be obtained from the pressure gauge (increase clockwise, decrease counterclockwise) the secondary pressure.
If the spray volume is less than 1 ml/80㎝2·H or greater than 2 ml/80㎝2·H, it can be adjusted by adjusting the white cone diffuser above the spray tower: if the cone diffuser is adjusted upward, the spray volume will increase; The cone diffuser is adjusted downward, and the spray volume is reduced. Adjust the height of the conical diffuser until the spray volume is between 1 and 2 ml/80㎝2·H.
10. After the test is completed, take out the test piece and observe the test results. Turn off the "Timer", "Spray", "Operation", "Power" and other buttons in sequence. If the salt spray machine is not used for a long time, the salt solution in the salt spray machine and the water in the test room must be cleaned up.
