What do those structures inside the salt spray Tester do?

The salt spray testing machine is an instrument that compresses the corrosive solution and sprays it into a mist, and then tests the performance of the sample through the mist. Its laboratory is composed of different structural components, including spray towers, spray regulators, collectors, racks , Heating Water Tank, metering tank, water seal tank, saturated air tank, test inlet, test cover, pressure regulating valve, pressure gauge, exhaust pipe, laboratory drain valve, laboratory low water level lamp, saturated tank low water level lamp. The specific functions are introduced as follows:

partFunction
Spray tower:The built-in glass nozzle is placed inside the nozzle, and the spray is guided by the tower tube and then dispersed into the Test Chamber through the conical disperser.
Spray Regulator:Adjust the size of the spray volume, adjust the height to increase the spray volume, and lower the spray volume to decrease. The salt water preheating tank is located at the bottom of the spray tower. The brine in this tank flows from the reagent inlet, and the water level of the preheating tank is controlled by a floating ball. , It can automatically control the water level, and the bottom of the tank has a drain for cleaning, which is controlled by a silicone plug.
collector:The amount of falling mist sprayed by the nozzle falls into the 80cm² funnel cup in a free fall manner, and then flows into the measuring cup through the conduit.
Shelves:This rack is made of plastic steel, so the weight of the centralized point should not exceed 2Kg. If it is scattered, it can still bear within 10Kg.
Heated sink:The U-shaped heating pipe is equipped with a laboratory heating Water Tank, which is used for heating water to keep the temperature of the laboratory stable, and its function is heating and heat preservation.
Measuring bucket:The amount sprayed for each test was collected.
Water seal tank:A 5cm wide Water Tank around the transparent acrylic cover is sealed with water to avoid leakage of salt spray.
Saturated air bucket:Placed inside the control box, its function is to heat and humidify the air through the barrel, so that the air reaches saturated humidity and then sprays to the nozzle.
Test entry:Automatically replenish the brine in the brine preheating tank.
Test cover:Roof-type oblique 100-degree perspective cover, used to cover the top of the test room and combine as a whole.
Pressure regulating valve:This valve is used to adjust the spray pressure, it can only be adjusted when the spray switch is turned on and the machine is in normal operation (laboratory condition 1Kg/cm²)
Pressure gauge:The pressure displayed by the pointer of this watch is the pressure reached when the air is heated through the saturated air barrel and delivered to the nozzle. (Test condition 1Kg/cm²)
exhaust pipe:The diameter of the exhaust pipe is 48MM. The salt mist in the laboratory is discharged from this hole. It is better to connect a hose to lead the salt mist to the outside when doing the test. It must not be blocked or have water accumulation.
Laboratory drain valve:The red ball valve is equipped with 4 PVC water pipes. When the water in the laboratory needs to be replaced when the water in the laboratory is dirty, open the valve.
Laboratory low water level lights:When the water level in the laboratory is low, the light will be on, and the operating system will be cut off, reminding us to add water to the laboratory.
Saturation barrel low water level light:When the water level in the saturation barrel is low, the light will be on, and the operating system will be cut off, reminding us to add water to the pressure barrel.
