How to use and precautions for domestic salt spray testing machine

This article is an introduction to the operation instructions of a domestic salt spray testing machine, as well as specific installation methods and precautions for use. The following describes the operation instructions of the three aspects of installation, use and maintenance in detail.

The use method and precautions of the domestic salt spray test machine are shown in Figure 1

Installation Requirements and Precautions

1. The power supply is 220V single phase 10A .

2. The back of the machine is about 50cm away from the wall, and there is room for maintenance on the left and right sides.

3. The outer line of the machine is the main power line 2.5mm². Before the power line, please install a non-fuse switch or switch (about 10A).

4. The drainage pipe can be discharged by PVC hard pipe or hose, and attention should be paid to the downward direction of the water pipe .

5. The exhaust pipe needs to be made of PVC hard pipe or hose, and it should be extended to the outside for discharge. Attention should be paid to the installation of the exhaust pipe, which can be parallel upward or downward from the machine .

The use method and precautions of the domestic salt spray test machine are shown in Figure 2

6. Please avoid direct sunlight for the installation location of the machine, so as not to affect the test conditions .

7. The installation location of the machine should not be close to other electrical equipment or flammable items as far as possible to avoid danger .

8. This machine is made of PVC plastic, please do not collide with force to avoid rupture, and the operating temperature should not exceed the test standard range to avoid deformation due to overheating .

Instructions

1. Insert the power plug and insert the 8MM air pipe into the compressed air inlet.

2. Turn on the power switch, and the low water level lights, low salt water lights, and low water level lights in the pressure tank above the control panel are all on. The lights indicate that the Test Chamber, the salt Water Tank, and the pressure tank are short of water. Add water and saline to the area.

3. The low water level light in the laboratory is on: it means that there is a lack of water in the laboratory, and water needs to be added (tap water is sufficient), until the low water level light in the laboratory is off.

4. The low water level light of the pressure tank is on: it means that there is a lack of water in the pressure tank. The pressure tank is hidden in the distribution box and we cannot see it. Add water directly from the manual water filling place of the pressure tank. Open the red ball valve and add until the low water level light of the pressure tank goes out. After adding water, remember to close the red ball valve. (Tap water is enough)

5. The low salt water light is on: it means that there is no salt water in the salt Water Tank, we need to mix the salt water and inject it from the test drug inlet. until the low salt water light goes out. (Saline configuration method is as follows)

Preparation method: 500g of sodium chloride in a bottle, mixed with 9.5L of purified water, and stirred evenly with a stick.

6. Add the water in the water seal tank until it can submerge the surrounding area of the transparent acrylic cover.

7. After all the water is added, the operation switch can be turned on below, and the temperature of the test room and the pressure tank will be displayed. The temperature of the test room is set at 35°C, and the temperature of the pressure barrel is set at 47°C. After the temperature is set, you can put the V-shaped shelf and the black O-shaped support rod, put the workpiece to be tested on these two layers, and close the cover.

8. After putting the product in place, you can turn on the spray switch. Once the spray switch is turned on, the pressure gauge will display the pressure. Adjust the spray pressure to 1Kg/cm² by adjusting the front pressure regulating valve. (Note: This spray pressure Do not overpressure, do not exceed 1Kg/cm², overpressure is easy to burst the tube. The pressure set at the compressed air inlet is 2Kg/cm².)

9. Set the time to be tested on the timer first, turn on the timing switch after counting the time, and automatically end the test when the time is reached.

Maintenance

1. If the test period exceeds 1 month, please replace the water in the heating tank.

2. If the saline solution used in the test has not been used for more than 1 month, please do not use it again, so as not to affect the quality of the test.

3. If there is a long time interval before the next test, please clean the interior of the laboratory after the test and drain the water in the heating tank.

※Drain the water in the heating tank---------------Open the drain valve.

Isolate the water discharge in the sink---------------Pull up the middle silicone plug.

Drain the water in the preheating tank---------------Pull up the inner silicone plug.

(1) In order to ensure the standard of test quality, please replace the glass nozzle regularly within 2000 hours of use.
