（一）使用说明
1、通电前，请确保开关置在“关”档上，检查是否断路或漏电现象。
2、由于第一次加热时会有轻微的冒烟过程，所以在正式使用前，建议先不要放样品，把门关上，旋开箱顶排气盖，打开电热开关，鼓风开关，指示灯亮，把加温开关置于“慢”档上，将温控仪设置在100℃此时箱内开始升温,等升到100℃时,温控仪自动恒温，之后可切断电源，打开箱门散热和散烟。
3、正式使用时，先把样品放在搁板上，关上箱门，旋开箱顶排气盖，接上电源后,开启电热开关,鼓风开关，使用时可选择加温快、慢，再将温控仪设置在所需温度上，此时箱内开始升温,待温度恒定时,应把加温档设置在“慢”档上 ，进而保证恒温的波动度及箱内温度均匀。
4、在使用时样品的放置不宜太挤，以免影响箱内的对流。在放置箱体时，请按规定使箱体有效接地，确保使用安全，通电时切忌用手或湿布接触箱体左侧电气线路。
5、升温时，请不要把水溅上箱门的观察窗上以免玻璃受冷易爆裂。
6、本系列干燥箱为非防爆式产品。
7、易挥发、易燃易爆等物品请不要放进箱内加热，以防爆炸。
（二）、维护与维修：
设备的日常维护：
1、干燥箱应经常保持清洁，箱门玻璃应用松软棉布擦拭，切忌用有腐蚀性的化学溶液擦拭，以免发生化学反应和擦伤玻璃。
2、如果干燥箱长期不使用，应在电镀件上涂中性油脂或者凡士林，以防腐蚀，并套好塑料薄膜防尘罩，放在干燥的室内，以免电器受潮而影响使用。
3、设备的日常维修：
当您按照我们的手册进行操作，出现设备故障时，请按以下的故障排除方法进行初步的排除； 如未果，请您致电本公司售后服务部，我们将竭诚为您提供及时准确的服务。

2. The temperature cannot rise | ＊Check whether the timing has reached the set value; ★Most users don’t understand this function. 3. The motor does not run | ＊Results: There is heating, but the air volume of the inner tank cannot circulate, causing the temperature to rise slowly. Check whether the fan is running. If it is broken (you can use a multimeter to measure whether there is 220V voltage at the two ends of the fan pin), then notify the company to mail the accessories to solve it. |

5. There is a difference between the temperature displayed on the control panel and the temperature measured by the mercury thermometer in the box | Judgment premise: 1. The thermometer needs to be measured after passing the inspection by the testing department. 2. The measurement installation position of the mercury thermometer: please suspend the thermometer in the center of the inner cavity, and it cannot be directly placed on the shelf for measurement. ＊Refer to the attached parameter adjustment table. |
6. The temperature display appears to be jumping or standing still, or abnormal such as "□□□" | ＊It can be judged that there is a problem with the temperature sensor, and it can be replaced to solve it. Remarks: The sensor uses Pt100 platinum resistance, and the wire ends are two blue and one red. |
