  • The drying time shall be carried out according to Method A in GB1728-79 "Determination of Drying Time of Paint Film and Putty Film". Paint film thickness is 20μm±3μm

  • The hardness is carried out according to GB1730-79 (confirmed in 1985) "Determination of Paint Film Hardness". The paint film is measured after drying according to the drying conditions, and the thickness of the paint film is 20μm±3μm

  • The flexibility is measured according to GB1731-79 "Determination of Flexibility of Paint Films" after the paint film is dried according to the drying conditions, and the thickness of the paint film is 20μm±3μm

  • The impact strength is carried out according to GB1732-79 "Determination of Impact Resistance of Paint Film". The paint film is measured after drying according to the drying conditions. The thickness of the paint film is 20μm±3μm.

  • Adhesion is carried out according to GB172079 (confirmed in 1985) "Determination of Paint Film Adhesion". The paint film is measured after drying according to the drying conditions, and the thickness of the paint film is 20μm±3μm.

  • Salt water resistance is tested according to 3(1) A method in GB173679 (confirmed in 1985) "Determination of Chemical Resistance of Paint Films". The paint film is measured after drying according to the drying conditions. Aluminum plates with zinc yellow primer and thin steel plates with iron red primer are sprayed in 2 coats, each coat is baked at 105°C±8°C for 1 hour, and the film thickness is 45μm±5μm.

  • The heat resistance is carried out according to GB173579 "Determination of Heat Resistance of Paint Film". The paint film is measured after drying according to the drying conditions, and the thickness of the paint film is 20μm±3μm.

① Dilute with xylene and turpentine during construction. It can be sprayed or brushed, and the top coat is usually applied after two coats of primer. Do not brush too thickly (due to the poor hiding power of the zinc yellow pure phenolic primer, it is usually transparent when the first coat is applied. It is slightly transparent when the second coat is applied). The dry paint film thickness should not exceed 20m per coat.
