In order to facilitate the effective and normal operation of the high-speed disperser, the following points should be paid attention to:
①The high-speed disperser grinds the paint slurry to form, and depolymerizes the grinding and rolling slurry.
②The dispersion of the pigment in the high-speed disperser is carried out under the state of laminar flow. It will only be counterproductive to blindly increase the speed in order to obtain effective results. Therefore, in practice, selecting a high-speed disperser suitable for different millbase compositions, improving the formula to adapt to the performance of the high-speed disperser, and making full use of its efficiency are the directions to improve production efficiency.
③The dispersing time of the high-speed disperser should not be very long, generally about 15 minutes can achieve the purpose, and the continuous operation makes the operation under high temperature, low viscosity and weak shear, the efficiency is obviously reduced, and it has little effect on improving the degree of dispersion.
④In order to facilitate material circulation during high-speed dispersion, the bottom of the tank is generally dish-shaped, and there is no baffle inside the tank, which can eliminate dead angles. At the same time, since the wet operation and the dispersion operation require different speeds and different impeller heights, a high-speed disperser with more than two speeds and a hydraulic lifting device is more convenient and applicable.
⑤ When the electric gauge of the high-speed disperser is running, it is necessary to use the ammeter to indicate the current. On the one hand, it can be observed whether the high-speed disperser is working effectively and normally through the working current (the working current should be lower than the rated current of the motor, but also close to it). At the same time, it can be found through the current change whether the high-speed disperser is overloaded.
⑥As the use time prolongs, the impeller will be worn, the sharp angle will become blunt, the disc will be deformed, and the efficiency will decrease accordingly, so it should be replaced at any time.
⑦ It is strictly forbidden to run the high-speed dispersing machine empty, and the operation of slow start and slow stop should be maintained.
