The basket sand mill is equipped with a basket at the lower part of the main shaft, which contains 1.5mm glass beads and a stirring knife at the bottom. The main shaft and the basket can be lifted and lowered freely by the hydraulic piston of the machine column. The disperser is equipped with a special mixing tank. The barrel and bottom of the mixing tank have a cooling water jacket. The cold water enters from the lower part and flows out from the upper part. The bottom is equipped with a discharge valve.
When dispersing, place the ground mill slurry in the mixing bucket, then dip the basket into the mill slurry. Turn on the motor to make the main shaft run from slow to fast. Through the action of the mixing knife, the paint slurry is in the flow state shown in the figure. It enters from the top of the basket, flows out from the bottom and the side, and continuously circulates. The mill base is subjected to the action of the high-speed turbulent grinding medium every cycle, so as to obtain strong grinding and dispersion. The heat generated during the dispersion process is carried away by the cold water in the jacket. Determined by the unique structure and working principle of the basket sand mill, the equipment has the following characteristics:
a. Suitable for small batches and multi-variety product operations;
b. Compared with common grinding and dispersing equipment, the basket sand mill is more suitable for dispersing products that require high tinting strength and uniform particle size;
c. Lacquer paste pre-mixing, grinding and dispersing, and homogenization adjustment can all be carried out in the same mixing tank, so pipelines, pumps and other conveying devices are saved, and it is easy to clean, so labor productivity can be greatly improved;
d. Since the grinding and dispersing operation can be completed in the mixing tank at one time, there is no loss in the transportation process, so the loss is small, and the yield of each batch of products can be as high as 98%;
e. When cleaning, just immerse the basket in the container containing the cleaning solvent and rotate it for a while, so the equipment is very convenient to clean;
It is precisely because of the above-mentioned waiting points that the basket sand mill has been widely used in the production of small batches of multi-variety products and small batches of special paint pulp once it comes out.
