1. The laboratory ultrapure water machine pump cannot be started normally, causing the equipment to fail to produce water:

First observe whether the system alarm indicator light on the panel flickers and beeps, the cause of the failure may be that the tap water is not turned on or the water pressure is not enough, and the low-voltage switch is powered off, the system will emit an alarm sound or the alarm indicator light is on, turn on the tap water or Short circuit the low voltage protection switch. However, it should be noted that the short circuit may cause the booster pump to run dry and damage the pump. It can only be used for fault diagnosis, and it is not recommended to use it when the waterway is not sure;

Check whether the PP filter element or activated carbon filter element is blocked; whether the low pressure switch is normal. If the low pressure indicator light is not on, the machine stops running. At this time, you can press the water intake button. If the water intake is normal, the high-pressure water is full, which is normal; if there is no water in the pressure tank and the RO water volume is small, the high-pressure switch may be damaged. If it is restarted, the high-voltage switch is damaged, please replace it.

2. Possible problems in the process of water production:

The system keeps producing water: this fault may be a fault of the high-voltage switch or check valve. The judgment method is: short the plug of the high-voltage switch. If the machine stops, it proves that the circuit is working normally. It may be a fault of the high-voltage switch. Please replace it. , the check valve is damaged.

The water production and full water conversion of the system is too frequent. It may be that the switch of the pressure tank is not turned on and the water cannot be stored.

The water output of the system is too small: it may be that the raw water pressure is insufficient, the PP filter element is blocked, or the reverse osmosis membrane is blocked.

RO water intake is small: it may be that there is no water in the water storage pressure tank, please wait until the system is full of water before taking water; if there is water in the pressure tank, it may be that there is no pressure in the pressure vent bag or the pressure is too low, please refill the pressure tank Inflate. If the pressure barrel is replaced, please flush the new pressure barrel with pure water and clean it 1-2 times before using it.

3. The pump head is leaking:

If the PP filter element or activated carbon filter element is blocked, it needs to be cleaned frequently and the PP filter element should be replaced in time; the rubber pad of the pump head is aging or the scale is blocked; the waste water ratio is blocked, so the pump water cannot be sent out and the water leaks.

4. The pump is running normally but cannot produce water normally:

If the RO membrane is blocked or the waterway is blocked or the pump loses pressure, it is the former to replace the RO membrane after checking that the waterway is normal; if it is the latter, it is due to long-term heavy load or the filter element is blocked and the pump structure is aging. 5. In the flushing state, the pump starts and stops:

The raw water pressure is insufficient or the PP filter element is blocked, and the filter element needs to be replaced in time.

6. When the ultra-pure water machine in the laboratory is shut down, the water flow in the discharge water will not stop:

The water inlet solenoid valve cannot be locked, please disassemble it to check whether there is any debris stuck, or it has failed, please replace it. Other water inlet solenoid valves, water intake solenoid valves, and recoil solenoid valves are equivalent to this example.

7. Part of RO pure water intake is unqualified:

If the pure water in the pressure tank is left for too long, you can turn off the switch of the pressure tank, and if the RO water quality becomes significantly lower after taking the water directly for 20 minutes, you can drain the water in the pressure tank once or twice before using it again; if the RO water quality is still If it fails, the RO membrane is faulty, please replace it. 9. The power indicator light of the boot system is not on and does not work:

First check whether the power socket has electricity, and then check whether the fuse is normal, or the power switch is malfunctioning.

10. When the laboratory ultrapure water machine is used for ultrapure water, the resistance meter shows frequent changes and large fluctuations:

The probe of the resistance meter may be polluted or damaged. Please clean it with ultrapure water from a laboratory ultrapure water machine or replace the resistance meter in time.

11. The pressure pure Water Tank is full of water and the pure water cannot flow out:

Check whether the airbag pressure of the pressure water storage tank is low or the airbag is damaged. It is necessary to re-inflate the airbag or replace the pressure water storage tank. If the PE pipe connected to the pressure pure Water Tank is bent or blocked, it needs to be checked and dealt with.

Note: If the temperature of the ultrapure water system in the laboratory is lower than 27 degrees Celsius, the first two steps should be carried out with a sterilizing solution every other month. If the system temperature is higher than 27 degrees Celsius, the sterilizing solution should be replaced every half a month. Before the single-stage reverse osmosis pure water machine is put into use again, the system should be flushed with low-pressure feed water for one hour, and then flushed with high-pressure feed water for 5 minutes.
