Operation rules for the use of ultrapure water machine
1. First open the raw water supply source valve, if there is a booster pump, start the booster pump.
2. If the equipment is running for the first time, the sewage outlet in front of the security filter should be opened. After visually observing that the raw water is clean, close the sewage outlet to allow the raw water to enter the security filter.
3. Open the concentrated water regulating valve and adjust the throttle valve behind the pump to a moderate state. For equipment equipped with cleaning ports and cleaning valves, first check whether each valve is in the open or closed state as required.
4. After the precision filter is filtered, the pressure gauge rises by 0.05MPa, and the main engine power switch is turned on.
5. The equipment will start working according to the action principle of the reverse osmosis system host.
6. After the main engine of the ultra-pure water machine is running, gradually open the throttle valve behind the pump, adjust the concentrated water regulating valve, so that the ratio of pure water and concentrated water reaches the rated index, and then adjust the water-saving valve behind the pump to make the pure water production reach the rated value Index, concentrated water regulating valve and throttle valve behind the pump are used together to adjust, and the following conditions are met:
The system pressure should not exceed the rated value, the low pressure should not exceed 1.55MPa, and the ultra-low pressure should not exceed 1.05MPa.
The recovery rate should not be greater than the range specified in (reverse osmosis system technical indicators and operating parameters).
The water production rate should reach the calculated value after calculating according to the raw water temperature. During the operation, it should be noted that the function of the regulating valve behind the pump is to adjust the inlet water pressure and flow rate supplied by the high-pressure pump to the RO system. Its closing and opening will affect the pressure of the RO system. And water production and concentrated water discharge. The function of the concentrated water regulating valve is to adjust the pressure of the RO system, so as to adjust the ratio of pure water and concentrated water. Adjust the water production, the higher the system pressure, the greater the water production (adjust within the specified range).
7. This equipment has the function of raw water low pressure protection. When the raw water supply is insufficient and the pressure drops to a certain value, the pressure switch will automatically shut down the RO system to protect the high-pressure pump. When the pressure water is restored, the equipment will automatically resume work. After the equipment is automatically shut down or restarted, the operator should adjust the operating parameters of the equipment in time. Because the change of raw water pressure will change the original operating state of the equipment, when the system pressure of the equipment equipped with high pressure protection function exceeds 10% of the rated pressure, the main unit of the equipment will automatically shut down. When the pressure returns to normal, the device automatically returns to work. Note: After the high voltage protection of the equipment, do not restart the equipment at will until the cause is found out.
8. Do not completely close the concentrated water regulating valve at any time, otherwise the system pressure will suddenly rise, causing damage to the equipment or endangering the safety of the operator.
9. When using an ultrapure water machine, the pure water should be discharged for at least one hour before collection and utilization
