对装饰性或者工业品用胶黏剂,所用基料合成的树脂的色泽是影响胶黏剂性能的一个主要指标之一。
色泽测试有多种比色方法,这里仅介绍铂-钴比色法,铂-钴色标单位系指每L含有氯铂酸离子形式的铂1mg,含六水合氯化钴2mg的溶液颜色。
(1)原理
用肉眼比较液态树脂(如不饱和聚酯树脂或者环氧树脂)与铂-钴色标的颜色差别,以较接近的铂钴色标单位表示测试结果。
(2)试验步骤
a.铂钴色标原液配制
准确称取1.2450g氯铂酸钾和1.0000g六水合氯化钴,放入烧杯中,加人100ml盐酸溶解。溶解后将其转移到1000ml容量瓶中,并用蒸馏水稀释至刻
度,摇匀后,贮存在棕色细口磨口试剂瓶中待用。
该原液用分光光度计测其透光率极限值应符合表要求。

b.铂-钴色标的配制
按表4-15中规定吸取规定体积的镇钴原液放入100ml的比色管中,用蒸馏水稀释至刻线,盖上塞子,标上色号,放于暗处待用。

c.将试样注入比色管至刻线、盖上塞子,放在比色架上。在比色箱或门光下,从比色架底部镜面中观测样品颜色,直至对比得到的与试样颜色较接近的色标的色号为止。
(3)结果评定
以较接近的铂钴色标标号表示试样的色号,若颜色介于两个色号之间,则以二者中较深的色号作为试验结果,

(4)影响因素
a.观察方式
The color number measured from the mirror at the bottom of the colorimetric stand is often higher than the color number observed from the top of the colorimetric tube. This is caused by the color interference of the sample. In order to reduce interference and make the test result closer to the color of the sample, this method stipulates to observe from the bottom mirror of the colorimetric tube.
b. If the color tone of the sample is completely different from the color scale, this method cannot be used for testing.
c. As the storage period of the platinum -cobalt stock solution increases, the light transmittance will increase. When stored according to the specified conditions, the storage period should not exceed 6 months, while the storage period of the platinum-cobalt color scale should be controlled within two months.
