The paint is mainly composed of three components · Component 1 is unsaturated polyester resin. Component 2 is polyisocyanate. It is composed of hard resin and polyisocyanate adduct. Component 3 is the initiator cyclohexanone peroxide. The paint not only has a plump appearance, good gloss, light color, high hardness, high solid content, wear resistance, heat resistance, solvent resistance, and moisture resistance, but also has no brush marks on the coating film during construction, and does not sag on vertical or curved surfaces. It also overcomes the shortcomings of ordinary unsaturated polycool paint, such as grinding and polishing with oxygen barrier, and achieves satisfactory results. This is incomparable to nitro varnish polyvinyl vinegar wood varnish, and it is currently the most satisfactory wood coating in CHINA.
During use, prepare unsaturated polyester wood lacquer according to the ratio of unsaturated polyester resin (component 1): polyisophenol acid ester (component 2): initiator (component 3) to 10: 25:4 (weight ratio), Its performance indicators are as follows:
